CIUSuite3 is a software package for the analysis of Collision Induced Unfolding (CIU) data. For more information please see the CIUSuite3 publication.
CIUSuite3 accepts raw data formats from Waters, Agilent and Bruker instruments. It can also accept CIU data in CSV files.
