there are a few deprecated parameters.
I suggest adding a small readme to each folder to tell how they differ with tpv5.

Adds tpv5-nuc and tpv5-poro from precomputed SeisSol repository (https://github.com/SeisSol/precomputed-seissol ) for completeness. Also, we update the parameter files a bit and port tpv5-nuc to Lua.
Draft PR until successful testing.
