Implemented as
stanza debugcommand. Parameters are similar tostanza runcommand. Functionality is similar to the compiled mode debugger.Tested just on a few examples in
scratchdirectory. The behavior closely matches compiled code debugger. Minor difference in stack traces is due to less aggressive inlining in VM.Requires proper 2-step stanza bootstrap due to the modification of fixed ids.
