Update to support the Minecraft 1.21.2 and 1.21.3

The only 2 things broken were:

  • The lightningEntity needed a "reason" because now every entity needs to know the reason for spawning
  • Now we get the gamerules from the server instance and not the world (which makes more sense)

Please review and merge the branch 1.21.1 before this one
