libGraphite Refactor

This refactor largely rewrites and restructures the project as a whole. It began as a task of optimisation in the data and resource_manager components. However the scope of the refactor grew as more and more areas were influenced by the original refactor.

libTesting

This refactor also introduces the libTesting library and unit tests to the project overall. libTesting will be accessible by consumers of libGraphite to use should they want to (such as KDL and Kestrel)
