Ability to generate processes config (ids, types of attributes) from the working db
Requirements:
ASP.NET Classic (Webforms) -> web.config (appSettings section)
aspnet.core json appsettings.json sub-section
wpf -> App.config (the same thing as in webforms)
WCF -> web.config
