Output argument names and the order they are requested don't have the correct order.
(The tests are still passing which implies to me that we aren't actually running any tests that make use of non-empty or non-symmetric
Dxu/Dxlvalues, which makes sense since these define the number of PML cells on each side, which is always 2 in the tests)
