I could only find one platemap in main (maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot)? I don't know which plate this is (1 or 2?)

I would also like to visualize cell count, but I wasn't sure which file to load in that would enable me to count single cells per well. I agree that a refactor/re-org is a good idea! :)

@jenna-tomkinson - we'll want to merge this in, only after we can find out how to visualize the other plate and how to visualize cell count

The platemaps are located here: https://github.com/WayScience/NF1_SchwannCell_data/tree/main/CellProfiler_pipelines/Metadata

They are separated by plate.

As well, single cell count should have been added to all CSVs for the all CellProfiler pipelines in the PR #42.

Thanks for pointing me to those resources! I updated for the correct platemaps, but I did not go digging into an unmerged PR for cell count info. This is ok for now, but we'll want to refactor this repo ASAP to avoid digging a deeper hole for us

Absolutely! We will clean up the PR and repo soon, but all CSVs are located in a shared folder for you to use. We are still missing the cell count plate map for plate 2.

@jenna-tomkinson - after merging #42 , am I clear to finish this PR? Would you feel comfortable finishing it yourself?

You are clear to finish! I think since the last time didn't go very well for me using the R scripts, it might be best for you to finish. I think I would need more time working with R or practicing with it to feel more comfortable.
