Things like using ints (16 bits) for input storage of booleans, It doesnt save much time, but its a start to cleaning it up, Mostly, 8 bit AVR's do not support double precision math, and treat them as floats (7 significant figures), I'm not keen to move it to fixed point until I better familiarize myself with the code,
