Version 2.0.1 - Fix Travis problems

This build fixes Travis problems.

Version 2.0.0+ has breaking changes with ToolSetCommands. For now you will have to view the API at https://zndevelopers.github.io/ToolSet as we have not created a migrating guide, but we are working on getting the guide out.
