HTA script which is running on the television over the CMM station. Reviews all the CMM files and displays real-time information for all of the operators. Languages used: VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and HTA.
Monitors pressure, temperature, motor shifting, hydraulic levels and temperature, efficiency, and status.
Monitors the quality of each part coming off of each machine separated out by day. Green are parts passing inspection, red are failed, and grey are ones are work in progress (have begun machine processing and have not been through final inspection).
The weekly production summary is tracked in addition to maintenance items notifying the operators when they need to replace a component.
Previous projects required setting up full SQL databases to maintain all data for the production process. There was a desire to visualize the capabilities and current status of the production process for management. This expanded out into a real time visual dashboard primarily set to give a quick summary of the production status for each machine in production.
