fix(visualizer): update GitHub URLs to reflect repository rename

This PR updates the GitHub URLs in both visualizer sidebars:

• Updates docs/s2-visualizer to point to the renamed repository (spectrum-design-data) on the main branch
• Updates docs/visualizer to point to the renamed repository (spectrum-design-data) on the s1-legacy branch
• Updates both tool links to point to their respective directories in the monorepo

Related to repository rename from spectrum-tokens to spectrum-design-data.
