This PR adds the API sandbox for the OpenAPI spec file, as well as links to download the OpenAPI file or visit the GitHub repo. This page will be updated once the OpenAPI spec file is also in an outside aggregator like Postman. Note that the dependencies might be different than the existing main, so run npm update after switching to this branch.

2. Open a piece manager modal and select several pieces
3. Click the "Archive" button on the top left of the manager and confirm that it should proceed
4. Check that all pieces have been archived properly
