Mailto and target=_blank Handling

This non-breaking release adds

  • generic handling of mailto: links where the MFMailComposeViewController is presented by default
  • introduction of the targetBlankPolicy that specified how to handle target=_blank links. By default, they are redirected to the system browser
  • introduction of the APLWKWebViewUIDelegate to mirror/expose the WKWebView's WKUIDelegate so library clients are able to customize the targetBlank behavior.
