Release v2.2.0 for ARM32

This is an ARM32-compatible release of version 2.2.0 of SecureUxTheme and ThemeTool. Please note that both Settings and ThemeTool currently crash when applying (but not when patching) custom themes so you need to use (and therefore hook) Explorer in order to switch to a custom theme. On Windows 10 you can press Win+R and type the following command: explorer shell:::{ED834ED6-4B5A-4bfe-8F11-A626DCB6A921} in order to access the Explorer interface for changing themes. On Windows RT you can just use the Control Panel.
