1. LLM Empty Responses (RESOLVED)

Problem: LLM trả về empty strings do max_tokens=200 Solution: Removed max_tokens parameter, added proper validation

2. Order Bias in Intent Detection (RESOLVED)

Problem: System unfairly preferred ORDER intent Solution: Removed bias logic, pure confidence-based decisions

3. Garbage IDs in Responses (RESOLVED)

Problem: Technical IDs xuất hiện trong user responses Solution: Implemented clean_garbage_ids() và strict prompt rules

4. Wrong Product Information (RESOLVED)

Problem: User hỏi "iQOO Z9 Turbo" nhưng system trả về Xiaomi Redmi 13 info Solution: LLM agent validation approach - agent validates tool output trước khi respond Implementation: Enhanced system prompt với product validation rules và concrete examples
