Adds a total row to the My Liquidity table, styled like the header, showing totals for
liquidity,my liquidityandtrade vol. Includes a bit of reorg of the component so as to build up the pool stats to be totaled, separate from building the display rows themselves.Just thought this would be a nice to have. I find myself tabulating this manually a lot.
