Uh, sorry to be bothering. Anyways, to the point:

This pull request, alongside with my fix requests for Poof ends my messing with libhide-related topics.

These commits include:

• Have the hide-sample.c file from the latest libhide deb, which seems to be more complete than the one at the source.
• Hook a different method at SBPlatformController for iOS 4/5, which hopes to fix YouTube issue with Safari and probably other things. (Tested, works.)
• Hook a different method for when switcher is dismissed on iOS 5
• Fix a couple of compiling errors and replaced deprecated methods.
• Make process now goes completely through theos. Alongside, it's buildable as soon as you clone it, no messing around needed.
