Demo Capable API

The Compose API is now capable of:

• Executing time course focused SedML (disregarding outputs)
• SBML that can be executed in Copasi
• Curated endpoints specifically for
  • Copasi
  • Tellurium
• Endpoints to list simulators, processes, and steps
• Track coarse grain status of simulations
• Dynamically build singularity containers if packages have been approved
• Get the results of simulations

Still not polished enough to be large scale production ready.

Minimal Proof of Concept

An API server that can create the required containers, run simulations, and return results from the simulations.
