test: add transfer hook

Summary

Add a basic transfer hook on hookRegistry. The hook receives an address and one amount as inputs and create a transfer from user to that address.

To Test

1. Go to /#/8453/swap/hooks
2. Fill a swap order
3. Add a transfer post-hook and fill address and amount
4. The simulation should be successful

Background

This PR will be useful later to compare the before vs. after of proposed changes on Hooks V2 grant proposal.
