I'll need to extract and divvy around the old material content now that we've moved the whole site over here in fc9fdaf.
The core tenet here is how to make the project the most accessible to outside contributors, especially at other TAs. With the platform through GitHub, we can require individual accountability in line with the EDGAR Next spec and regulatory intent. I don't have a strong opinion for base site architecture, and everything is plain text HTML/CSS to start off with.
