Welcome to the Bugema Open Source Community (BOSC) — a vibrant, inclusive, and collaborative innovation hub initiated by Bugema University.
Founded by Muwanga Erasto Kosea, with support from Open Elements and Support Care Uganda, BOSC exists to solve real-world problems through open-source technology and community collaboration.
BOSC brings together students, researchers, developers, and local communities to co-create impactful open-source projects that advance sustainable development in underserved and rural regions.
We believe in the transformative power of open knowledge, local innovation, inclusive technology, and community empowerment.
