tests/nightly/nvidia-drivers-compatspread test has been failing for a long time. Some nvidia-driver packages were EOLed and the test's previous filtering oftransitionalpackages based on the first line of packageDescription(fromapt-cache search) did not work for these.To fix the filtering of
transitionalpackages, an additional check has been added based on the package dependencies as onlytransitionalpackages will have a single dependency.SNAPDENG-36134
