Update Requirements, Model Paths, and Initial Training
Applied time masking in the training loop, added unit tests and requirements.txt
Added a new LSTM Decoder model and gradient clipping to help with any exploding gradients. Then added a new augmentation technique of adding Speckle noise
Add LayerNorm, FC layers, and dropout after RNN, not tested yet
