pretty straightforward changes to stop making reference to Glitch, especially in the setup instructions.
the avatar thing is a bit annoying; it does need to be an absolute URL and I don't want to force people to put their own images into their fork of the repo or whatever. Eventually all of the actor setup stuff should be managed via the web interface rather than config files.
