Problem
Fixes/addresses #581.
Context
Added a new top-level "Concepts" section, with the subsections "Systems", "Resources" and "Client".
Migrated relevant pages from guides to concepts as-is. Rewrites and additional pages to come in future PRs.
There are some hidden stub pages under
concepts/resourcesfor planning and structure. I plan to fill out these pages in a PR coming in the immediate future.I apologise for the typos in the commit descriptions.
