当前环境py3.6.8,mysql5.7，执行生成回滚SQL时异常：UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can'
t decode byte 0xd5 in position 49: invalid continuation byte，原因为decode()方法的第二个参数默认为严格strick，需修改为ignore
