Since I've added a permissions-related requirement and endpoints for checking permissions are not yet implemented on the backend, I'm putting this PR on hold for now. |

This PR introduces a simple list of competing teams.
This code will serve as a template for other lists, so any caveats regarding the visuals should be entered now.
