- fix: linting issues - chore: format source code
- Update typedoc to v0.19.x (v0.20.x contains major breaking changes)
- Fix type definition in fill.js causing a build error after updating to newer lodash types.
Signatures are not included for external type definitions.
- Remove npmignore and use files declaration in package.json instead. - Add missing metadata.
This avoids a typescript peer dependency conflict

Just opening this as FYI, not expecting these changes to be merged. I will be maintaining my fork over at fkleon/pond.
