- upgrade go version to 1.24 (required by updated golang.org/x/* packages) - update all dependencies for v1, v2, and _example - pin go-oauth2/oauth2/v4 to v4.4.3 in v1 for jwt v3 compatibility - migrate golangci-lint config to v2 format - update CI workflows to use golangci-lint-action@v7 with v2.6.2
