Fixes a typo in the sample clients where A2UI DataParts were sent with
application/json+a2aui.The A2UI v0.8 extension spec and server-side helpers expect
application/json+a2ui, so UI events could be ignored. This updates the Angular and Lit samples to use the correct mimeType value.
