I will prefer to replace pylint with ruff as well since pylint is really too slow nowadays. But we can do it later.

Add initial support for
ruff.For now,
ruffis used as a linter (in addition topylint), and a replacement forisort.We still use
blackfor formatting, as it is fast enough for this size of project, and a well established standard.
