I wanted to make a couple of changes to the
ProtoDBclass in the TGI branch and realised we have 2 copies of this inshared/utils/aws/proto_db.pyandshared/utils/aws/new_proto_db.py.Only
new_proto_db.pyactually seems to be used anywhere in the codebase, so this PR is just to remove the unused file.
