Angular 12 updates

This pull request contains changes to move the system to

• Angular 12
• To new structure recommended by Angular

I have modified the test project to reflect new changes, and it doesn't have any code-breaking changes, all of the code is carried on from the previous setup.

To verify the changes run

yarn install
yarn build
yarn serve
