Path to where components are installed was incorrect. I've also corrected how one references the files from within their less file.

Hey, thanks for the PR. Mind sharing how you got this result? If I run component install harp/bootstrap I still get the files in the places listed in the current Readme.

Odd. I just gave it another go by doing the following:

harp init test (created test directory with the boilerplate harp project)
component install harp/bootstrap (created component directory)

Still got the following path: components/harp/bootstrap/3.0.2/less/bootstrap.less (etc)

component -V
1.0.0-rc7
harp -V
0.14.0
