add ipv6 listen in nginx

麻烦兄弟执行命令nginx -V看看已编译的模块，Entware官方的nginx并没有编译ipv6模块，所以你这样做是没用的，确定试了吗？

确定试了，我新三上的nextcloud 用这种方式可以监听ipv6，实现公网访问。 没有with-ipv6 但是它可以访问。
