Renaming the formerly known directory `IoT` breaks build systems. So, add symlinks to the new directory names in order to provide stable paths. Signed-off-by: Felix Singer <felix.singer@secunet.com>

2fcf879 also broke symbolic links in the repository:
As well as references to directories in README.md (at least in https://github.com/intel/FSP/blob/master/AlderLakeFspBinPkg/README.md). Merging this PR should undo at least part of the "regressions". |
