New dashboard page UX duplicates branches button

Testing done

Running the plugin locally using mvn hpi:run with default jenkins.version and by setting it to 2.541.
Then install Mock Security Realm and Pipeline Multibranch plugins. Setup a user and create a job using the repository https://github.com/alecharp/simple-app.git.

After scanning the repository, open the job page with and without the new dashboard ux enabled.

when I ran this and clicked on the non default view (aka PRs) I still get duplicates
