- Always something new :)I'm a software engineer with a dual focus: developing resilient infrastructure systems (Platform Engineering, Kubernetes Operators) and scalable business services (Backend, APIs). I believe in engineering peace of mind across the full stack — creating systems reliable enough that I can enjoy a beach in Northeast Brazil without worrying about production.
While my core expertise lies in Platform Engineering, I bridge the gap between infra and product, feeling equally comfortable writing a custom Kubernetes controller in Go or architecting business logic for a high-traffic chatbot.
My background spans from bare-metal datacenters and networking equipment to cloud-native architectures. I believe good infrastructure should be invisible: it just works, letting developers focus on what they do best.
Currently — Building a WhatsApp chatbot platform at Anota AI. I design Kubernetes operators in Go to manage application lifecycles while leading SRE initiatives—orchestrating incident response, optimizing cloud costs, and ensuring high availability.
Previously — Worked across different domains:
- 🎮 Wildlife Studios — Platform Engineer/SRE for gaming infrastructure, keeping things running for millions of players
- ☁️ Getup Cloud — Built tooling around Cluster API for multi-cloud Kubernetes
- 🔍 Nuveo — Contributed to UltraOCR, an ML-powered document processing platform, focusing on API development and distributed tracing
- 🔬 Research (UFCG) — Explored cloud computing, OpenStack, and 5G infrastructure
- 🖥️ VIRTUS — Operated private cloud environments with OpenStack, managed datacenter infrastructure and networking
I've also published work at SBRC (Brazilian Symposium on Computer Networks and Distributed Systems).
