When the metadata provided by the WCF service exeeds the default for MaxReceivedMessageSize the GetMetadata() method fails and the proxy can't be constructed. To fix this problem the MetadataExchangeClient is constructed with a WsHttpBinding binding to manually set the MaxReceivedMessageSize.
