to avoid that the read() method is invoked a second time on the same file. Ignore empty patches, i.e., a valid Nastran file but with no elements. Cosmetic changes in debug print when processing the RBE2/RBE3 elements.
as first argument to the SIMAndesShell constructor
used in both SIMAndesShell and SIMShellSup. Override method printProblem() in SIMAndesShell to print stuff only if the integrand member is an AndesShell instance. Add another test for superelement analysis with beam elements.

So far only recovery of displacement field (no stresses yet).
