fix: Add Bootstrap stylesheet link to layout

Readd stylesheet link removed with the pure js implementation.

@xrogers I have doubts about the issue and the PR, because on my machine, master branch and your PR look exactly the same in the UI. I'm running it inside a Symfony 7.1.5 project. Why is the experience different for others? Can you explain the need maybe? I also actually see the bootstrap link in the head section of the page in the browser... so what could be the difference between our setups? [edit] Maybe I'm wrong and I need to check my setup again, because I also see angular in my browser, so this is old somehow.

Could you double check how bootstrap CSS is included in your test? Because the pure js implementation for some reason removed the link and I'm having the same issue (in my project I've extended the layout twig to do exactly what is done in this pr to mitigate the problem).

@xrogers I stand corrected. I made a mistake while mounting the Lexik repository into my Symfony app. I have confirmed that your solution works.
