This embeds the SKU-specific (FT) portion of the device ID into each SKU-specific individualization binary to avoid requiring sending the data in via the UJSON console which is challenging in the ATE environment. Signed-off-by: Tim Trippel <ttrippel@google.com> (cherry picked from commit ce7b5e5)
