LGTM, thanks

This embeds the SKU-specific (FT) portion of the device ID into each
SKU-specific individualization binary to avoid requiring sending the
data in via the UJSON console which is challenging in the ATE
environment.

This removes all UJSON communication between the host and device during
individualization as it is unneeded and hampers ATE development.

This removes unused code for:
1. configuring alerts, and
2. configuring the external clock,
to reduce the overall codesize of the FT individualization binary and
optimize it for an ATE environment.
