This pull request has few visual improvements, including:

  • use Quarto to create the README document for the flood risk indicator
  • a plot of the NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB region
  • example visualisations of the flood risk indicator
  • update column names for the output file

Additionally, a new script to perform a data quality assessment of the outputs. This code:
