@sethjuarez @markwallace-microsoft This is the PR for the Snowflake Cortex Connector. Please review it. There was also a missed text in the Azure Connector which i had fixed. I have a Snowflake Connected version locally that I tested with the local build. |

OK! I've moved to the latest spec. I will update docs this week and then see if I can cherry pick the new invokers. |

This supports Snowflake Cortex as a Supported Invoker to call Snowflake Cortex LLM function to execute in Snowflake. The PR contains the main modules, as well as the Test Cases and the Documentation update that reflects this change.
