Moved the 1.21.11 - Mounts of Mayhem release to official releases and completed the features:

In mainFeatures:

• Camel Horse
• Parched

In minorFeatures:

• Horses, Donkeys, Mules, Camels, Llamas and Trader Llamas no longer sinks in water while beeing riden.

The date header should be changed to:
date: "2025-12-09",
because that's when the update dropped.
Also, why is Mounts of mayhem still in the upcoming section and also still say 1.21.X on the website?
