Document deployment deletion feature

Added documentation for the new deployment deletion feature introduced in PR #4243. Updated deployment management docs with deletion instructions and added the deployment.delete permission to the roles table.

Files changed:

• deploy/deployments.mdx - Added "Deleting a deployment" section with permissions, post-deletion behavior, and comparison to org deletion
• dashboard/roles.mdx - Added "Delete deployment" to Admin permissions table

Note

Adds docs for deleting a deployment (permissions, effects, navigation) and updates the roles table to include Admin-only delete deployment.
