Migrate jaxb from javax to jakarta

This is the result of:

• adapting build.gradle to move to

    api 'jakarta.xml.bind:jakarta.xml.bind-api:4.0.0'
    runtimeOnly 'com.sun.xml.bind:jaxb-impl:4.0.3'

• running:

find . -type f -name '*.java' -exec sed -i '' -e 's|javax\.xml\.bind|jakarta\.xml\.bind|g' {} +

This seemed to be enough - all test now pass.

Still draft - need to check with our own team about the conversion in other products. This can be more complicated, especially for Java EE servers.
