This software seems no longer maintained.
The latest upstream commit is 11 years ago,
and no package depends on this.

I see this package was added in #15098 and as said there, it should be requirement for fail2ban package, but we don't depend on it, but... fail2ban still somehow uses it according to this file:

Indeed fail2ban uses pyinotify, but this dependency is optional.
For more information, please see https://github.com/fail2ban/fail2ban config/jail.conf line 115.

Since we didn't include pyinotify as fail2ban dependency, most fail2ban user didn't use pyinotify backend anyway.
People who install pyinotify manually may be affected by this PR, but fail2ban has automatic backend fallback feature.
