Adds value initialization to the static VectorND<6> variable 'ub' in BasicFrameTransf3d<ndf>::getBasicIncrDisp to ensure it is zero-initialized.
Moved and consolidated the ForceInterpolation class, and cleaned up code by removing dead code, static variables, and legacy interpolation logic. Added FormBasicTransform and updated transformation from basic to local.
